CLECAT WELCOMES NEW MEMBERS FROM MALTA AND ROMANIA

CLECAT is pleased to announce that, as of 1 January 2025, three new members have joined the organisation: the Malta Chamber of Commerce, the Romanian Freight Forwarders Association (USER), and the Romanian Association of Customs Brokers (Roubroker). Their membership marks an exciting step in enhancing our network and amplifying the collective voice of European logistics and freight forwarding. With the 3 new associations CLECAT has 28 national associations in membership. As the key representative of Malta's vibrant business community, the Malta Chamber of Commerce provides valuable perspectives on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by island economies in the global supply chain.

USER, a leading association in Romania’s logistics industry, contributes extensive knowledge and experience in freight forwarding, further strengthening our focus on regional perspectives. Roubroker, the Romanian Association of Customs Brokers, enhances CLECAT’s expertise in customs procedures and compliance, reinforcing our advocacy for improved practices in this crucial area.

We warmly welcome the Malta Chamber of Commerce, USER, and Roubroker and look forward to their active participation in shaping policies and advancing best practices for a resilient and sustainable logistics sector.
