SEEFF & FIATA REU CONGRESS 2026 IN BUCHAREST
CLECAT will take part in the upcoming European Freight Forwarders Congress (SEEFF & FIATA REU Field Meeting 2026), taking place from 18 to 20 May 2026 in Bucharest, Romania. The event is hosted by USER, the Romanian Freight Forwarders Association and a valued CLECAT member, under the aegis of FIATA and the South-Eastern European Freight Forwarders Association (SEEFF).
The congress will bring together a broad range of stakeholders from across Europe and beyond, including national freight forwarding associations, logistics service providers, and representatives from the Caspian Sea region. High-level participation is also expected from public authorities and international organisations, including the Romanian Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Port of Constanța administration, the Romanian Customs Authority, as well as industry bodies such as FIATA, CLECAT, UIRR, IATA, ESPORG, TAPA EMEA, and Pro Danube International.
CLECAT will contribute to the programme as a speaker, engaging in discussions on key challenges and policy developments affecting the European logistics sector. The event provides an important platform to exchange views on market developments, regulatory priorities, and the evolving role of freight forwarders in ensuring resilient and competitive supply chains.
The three-day programme combines high-level conference sessions and panel discussions with networking opportunities, including a gala dinner and dedicated social events. In addition to the core conference agenda, participants will have the opportunity to engage in cultural visits in Bucharest, highlighting Romania’s role as a strategic logistics hub in the region.
