Joint letter to EC Vice-President Vestager on the review of the EU Consortia Block Exemption Regulation
On 3 October 2022, 10 associations (CLECAT, EBU, ESC, ESPO, ETA, FEPORT, FIATA, GSF, FIDI and UIRR) sent a letter to EC Vice-President Margrethe Vestager in which they inform the Commission they are united in calling for a change of the legislative framework in which the container shipping lines are able to cooperate and therefore not for an (unaltered) extension of the Consortia Block Exemption Regulation.
