ZEFES SURVEY ON HARMONISATION OF ZERO-EMISSION ROAD FREIGHT

The EU funded ZEFES (Zero Emissions Freight Ecosystem) project, is helping transport companies to drive the transition to zero-emission freight transport. ZEFES aims to develop practical solutions for adopting zero-emission vehicles and technologies in logistics. CLECAT has actively contributed to the project, ensuring the freight forwarding sector’s voice is heard in shaping sustainable and innovative transport policies.

To gather further insights, ZEFES has launched a survey targeting logistics professionals, freight forwarders, and transport stakeholders. The survey explores challenges and opportunities in adopting zero-emission technologies, notably on the regulatory needs to harmonise deployment of zero-emission vehicles across the EU, including (including ZE trucks, e-trailers, and EMS). Your input will directly inform the project’s recommendations and influence future EU policies on sustainable freight.

CLECAT encourages all industry stakeholders to participate and help define the future of zero-emission logistics. Sharing your experiences will ensure that the solutions developed are practical and effective for the sector.

The survey is available via this link and is open until 20 November.
