WORK ON EFTI IMPLEMENTATION & CERTIFICATION MOVING FORWARD
The Digital Transport and Logistics Forum (DTLF) Subgroup 1 (Paperless Transport), which is the formal Commission Expert Group on the electronic freight transport information (eFTI) Regulation, continues its work on the eFTI Regulation’s implementation and certification aspects.
Recently, the first public and private sector use cases for the eFTI implementation were presented and discussed. CLECAT is also involved in the preparation of use-cases for the freight forwarding industry and is looking forward to continuing the work in this area. Next to the work on the implementation, the team also focuses on the certification of platforms and service providers, where work will be done on certification requirements, certification procedure, as well as providing proof of certification.
