The European Commission has announced the release of the 2024 edition of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), which will come into effect on 1 January 2024.

Originally established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87, the Combined Nomenclature is subject to annual review to align with evolving trade needs, resulting in this latest iteration published as Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2364.
