CENTRAL COMPLAINT POINT FOR BREACHES OF EU-UK TCA

The European Commission has launched a central complaint point for alleged breaches by the United Kingdom concerning the implementation of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA). The Commission explains that monitoring the application of the TCA is central in ensuring that EU citizens and businesses can fully benefit from it. In case of complaints about the way in which a Member State of the EU is implementing the Agreement, the complaint form for breach of Union law can be used.

For more information on the EU-UK TCA you can visit the Commission’s dedicated webpage.
