CLECAT Position Paper on Brexit - The Future Economic Partnership between the EU and the UK

In its Position Paper CLECAT urges the negotiators of both sides to prevent a no-deal situation at all cost and to find a solution for the withdrawal agreement and consensus over the future relationship in order to avoid disruption of trade.  An agreement over the withdrawal including a reasonable transitional period, a trade agreement, certain (Customs) conventions (like the Common Transit Convention and/or a security agreement) and other arrangements or facilitations as they currently exist, would be the most realistic way forward.
