LOGISTICS FOR EUROPE 2024: RETHINKING SUPPLY CHAINS

On 19 November, CLECAT and ESC will host the third Logistics for Europe 2024 event at the Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to the EU. Entitled ‘Rethinking Supply Chains,’ the conference will bring together shippers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders in the supply chain, as well as European lawmakers, for a constructive dialogue on the challenges facing European industry.

UK AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATE AIR CARGO INCIDENT

Several press reports have indicated that the UK counter-terrorism police have opened an investigation into the possibility that Russian spies planted an incendiary device on a plane which has subsequently ignited at a warehouse in England. British investigators suspect the incendiary device may be linked to a broader campaign by Russian operatives across Europe.
