CLECAT Position Paper on EU-UK Future Partnership
As freight forwarders and customs brokers handle the vast majority of transport and customs formalities, they are of strategic importance to ensure an orderly flow of goods between the EU and the UK as of 1 January 2021.
While appreciating all the efforts on both sides to provide more clarity and help the industry prepare, CLECAT would like to set out several remaining issues relating to customs, trade and transport that are important to be further addressed
